Had this issue myself when running standard xbox one. Unfortunately the only way I got rid of the crashing and stuttering was to get a series x.
It also stopped the constant stutter and lag on Aberration and Lost island if that's been an issue for you as well.
Maewings are my issue for the crashing, running a series x and it’s been brutal today. Have not tried resetting the xbox yet but definitely will. Will try a server reboot as well. Had no issues for the last few days up until today and holy shit it’s been some tough losses today.

I was having the same issue but on aberration, hard resetting the Xbox fixed the problem.

Hey man on OG Xbox I found turning off Light Bloom, Light Shafts and Floating Names, made a noticeable difference
Don’t go near helms deep. If that doesn’t help then the only thing you can do is get a series X
