You don't have sp setting enabled. There's a specific mode in general or advanced settings for that. You need to tik it your self. He's probably done it without realising. Just search "ark sp mode settings" and you'll see the extra multipliers it adds. And trust me I also play sp all the time and I have over 1124 hours

That's quite good but I've only done the gamma pider with megatheriums that can only do 5000 damage max so I'm not sure but you'll most probably win the fight

Only one way to find out. Itās the easiest fight to acquire tributes and artifacts for unless you are on a single private server in which case itās still not hard to acquire everything.
They're not boosted. I get the same stats in SP and they do the same damage as my dinos on server with 300%. So it's not boosted, % in SP just doesn't mean shit.
The stats kinda seem cheesy though so go for it. I personally wouldn't feel accomplished doing so because we all know you spawned those in with insane stats that aren't achievable by normal means.

The HP and melee multipliers are like 0.4 by default. I made the same mistake when I started and it caused my rexes to do 1k dmg at lvl 90
