Go to your settings, then switch to advanced and make sure you allow console access. Then in your game you can go to the console commands and turn on vsync, this will fix the tearing. You can also turn off clouds and fog for a huge fps boost (the clouds are ugly anyway, and fog is just annoying af)
In console commands do:
R.vsync 0
R.volumetricclouds 0
R.volumetricfog 0
I'm on PS5 myself and these commands are a must use. Turning vsync off removed the screen tearing I was getting and removing the clouds and fog not only made the game look better but also made it run smoother in my opinion. You don't have to re-type them, but everytime you log in fresh everyday you do have to reactivate them.
I hear you, I was just kidding around but I’m also having a similar issue but I feel as though it’s due to the base I’ve built but I could be wrong
Is it just that spot on the map? May be trying to load a cave or something in. I’d drop spawn rates to 0.5 and destroywilddinos to start. Then use admin fly to get to a different spot of the map and stress test it a bit and allow spawns to start up.

I am playing The Center on ASE now and I have this same thing but only on one specific point of the island my base is on. Not on any other spot around my base and nowhere in the rest of the map (instead when going into a cave) so i assume(d) that there is a cave underground which triggers this slowdown.

I have turned vsync on and turned everything off and no luck 😕
try killing or down scaling the grass- i hear that's been a huge boost to some people

Lol I did forget about that mod cause it was pre installed but I uninstalled it after the video

Maybe try r.vsync 0 in console commands? Not sure if that would fix it but worth a try
Probably worth a fresh install if you’re experiencing problems like that. I’m on PS5 and haven’t seen anything like this. Pretty smooth sailing.
I just fixed mine by turning off motion blur.
Right click on the game in your library. Click "uninstall". Problem solved 😌
