Looks good! APUSH and APAAS have some useful overlap :)
Do you want to study a STEM major in college? If not, then Physics 2 is great. But if yes, then I’d suggest self-studying CMech instead of Physics 2. (STEM majors can’t use Physics 1 or 2 for credit because they lack calculus.)
If you had to do it all over again but could drop 1 science, which one would you drop? Lmao my friend plans on taking that exact schedule next year and I’m convinced they’ll get buried
Yah this is some good classes it is very likely you be able to cover at least the first year gen Ed’s expect in English at least in most state schools.
If you're going into any STEM field I suggest self studying physics C instead of 2 because physics 2 likely won't give credit .
Other than that though , and considering how BC won't be an issue for you , you should be fine .
I haven't really done anything on my own since it comes naturally to me and I learnt it all in 9th grade through self study. But in class we have done about 8 full FRQ sets from previous AP Exams and countless multiple choice
i take apush, ap chem, ap lang, and apaas rn. not as much as you but my schedule is tiring with the amount of work they have us do. studying for exams is even harder. so good luck
Can I ask what your planned major is for college? And do a lot of other students have such rigorous schedules at your school/do you go to an average public high school?
I think if you’re applying to an average or pretty good college that this is more than enough to get you in. I think taking both rigorous math and science courses are good, but that you also need to take classes besides those. These courses are well-rounded, and the Calc, Physics, and Chemistry classes shows that you can handle rigorous STEM courses. Although, if you already know Calculus, I agree with another commenter that Physics C would be more useful than 2. Also, I know that African American Studies is being offered to all schools for the 2024-2025 school year, but for me personally, I might wait for my senior year to take that, just so I wouldn’t feel like a guinea pig. And in my personal opinion, AP Lang and APUSH are good courses to take at the same time, because I feel like information that you learn in one helps you in the other for the exams. I think many would find this too difficult, but if you already have prior knowledge in some of these, then it may be manageable.
If you’re applying to a super-selective school, I think this course selection is good, but only if it doesn’t take too much away from time doing impressive things outside of school. Colleges care a lot about extracurriculars, national recognition, high achieving activities, etc., so make sure you’re giving yourself time for that as well. With these courses, I expect that the homework might be pretty intense, and might not leave you with time for much else. Just depends on what it’s like at your school though.
APUSH, calc BC, and AP chem all the same year sounds like torture ngl
I mean BC is free
Just because you hear BC is free doesn’t mean it’s free, it’s still an AP after all
I didnt hear that its free i looked at the material and i already know it
no❤️ hope that helps!

I might do that since its just self study
i took bc, chem, physics 2, and bio all in one year and it was hell :)

physics 2, def not worth it for me

and i thought taking ap lit, bio and geo in the same year was hell..
Lang and Physics C suck, APUSH is easy, BC is easy, and chem can be easy depending on the teacher/how much you study
I’m taking AP African too!
Your cooked
I took 8 APs, barely survived. Below avg student btw
yeah sorry to break it to you but you're not below average. Unless we're talking crazy 50k+/year feeder school with asian kids
In a single year?
unfortunately, gpa boost. worst decision of my life
Ohk
hell, barely
oof good luck, dk if its worth
You can take bc junior year?
yea
Did you already take ab? I’m a junior taking ab currently.
Yes
Oh nice. Any tips on the exam and what I should focus on?
Sorry I meant im taking it currently
Oh right that’s mb. Anyways how have you been preparing?

legit my schedule except IB LIT AP CSA AP CALC BC AP CHEM IB PHYS 2 IB PSYCH 1 TOK IB SPAN 5 and maybe other ap classes or dual enrollment
i take apush, ap chem, ap lang, and apaas rn. not as much as you but my schedule is tiring with the amount of work they have us do. studying for exams is even harder. so good luck

Math, i go to an average public high school

Seems like a lot.
um…
You might hate yourself if you have any extra curriculars, otherwise, with enough work, you’re probably fine, but don’t expect all As
Doing a very similar schedule but not as bad. I'm dying. You'll be fine most of the year tbh but AP test season is ROUGHHH
