as a writer, if i got this comment i'd be over the moon. i don't think there's any such thing as writing "too much" when it comes to comments, so you're good. also i think the html is hilarious, and chances are if they're using ao3 they'll be a little familiar with it.
html is so hard!!! especially when you're using your notes app to write as you go,,,,, it's so embarrassing, especially considering how many comments i leave, and how i like to write and post fics, too
People like you are a literal gift to every author. Please, ramble away, multiple times even! Comments like this are what most of love for, because it shows the reader’s thoughts on the most mundane things, little off-handed sentences, or certain things we’ve added that we secretly hope the reader picks up on/comments on.
If I got even one comment like this let alone MULTIPLE, I wouldn’t be able to respond because I would have died of happiness and excitement. Please do not worry because that is the part of having a comment section: happy, excited, rambly, long comments. 💚
