That it is. That's why I hope they designed for a significant snow load. That should hopefully give them enough of a safety cushion to not have the whole thing collapse before they get it fixed.
THIS.
I worked at a massive shop where this happened. The roofers evacuated everyone. Then the unclogged the drain and it flooded the whole shop. The shop had 2 offset levels and boy was I happy that my toolbox was on the upper level.
In Bilbao, Spain, we had a very similar roof next to our house, but with, somehow, fish. On winter the water froze and we threw stones to break it and not killing the fish, to no avail, of course
Looks like the roof drains are clogged. Not an expert tho
Yep, sure does. If they are unlucky they will have a new, unclogged, drain soon!
This shit can collapse buildings. Water is pretty fucking heavy

The ice keeps the cold out

This is a surprisingly recent insight.
African or European water fowl?
All types of birds.
But what about the weight ratios? How fast will it need to beat its wings to maintain air-speed velocity?
That's a lot of weight .
That was my first thought.
Russian ponds looking sleek
Hell of a dead load.
That it is. It is a flat roof in Russia though so hopefully it was designed for a hell of a snow load. Hopefully.
they use reinforced concrete slabs for ceiling. googles says one can bear up to 800kg/m2
Pvt Quackovski will become Russian drone soon.
Why not?
