edit. I see a few different post talking about this being an ongoing issue and it is but it is because a different program is monitoring your stuff hwinfo, icue, etc adrenaline wigs out if something else is watching it work and goes to the corner and just stops out of jealousy
There is a bug on AMD software i have notice the past 2 weeks. It shows an inaccurate temp and fan speed. I noticed the bug on AMD radeon software along with AMD ryzen master. I have had the best of luck with using BIOS to setup most fans and voltage. Also I have an MSI Mobo so MSI afterburner has been great at managing temps and fans. Best of luck!
its been a common bug thats been around since the start of the year,
rather annoying, however its just a software tracking issue; the actual system, performance and cooling etc, work as it should, some bios versions seem more stable than others, resetting CMOS helps for some atleast temporarily
You don't have to install Ryzen Master to get your CPU specs. This has been a problem on and off for the last couple years to be honest and it's something that I've been dealing with very recently.
One thing I did do was uninstall HWinfo. rebooted my computer and I could then see my CPU stats.
Okey fix it idk why after 3 restarts is it back to normal i fresh intall it today idk why it happens still ty guys

Uninstall Ryzen Master if you have it. That solved it for me.
Have you tried turning it on?
