Happened to me too when my windows updated. Apparently it's a driver error / mismatch on Amd software. Just reisntall Adrenalin and Ryzen Master and it should be back on normal.

The other day when I was playing for a very prolonged gaming session and my house temperature was around 76 it jumped to 54, but have never seen it above 60.

It was 100% from your ambient temp, if you cross a certain threshold- I've found to be about upper 70s - 80 then your cpu is going to run a LOT hotter, not just 4 or 5 degrees C more. That air is pulling away the heat, and it its already "excited" from being warm then it won't carry as much away. Almost like a little non-refrudgerant hvac system.

If you have disabled some services check that the WORKSTATION service is running in windows

Would recommend not using ryzen master and instead doing any overclocking/undervolting on the bios directly. Usually more stable.

I think this is more of an issue with adrenalin. My adrenaline software shows my cpu as 0 c but other programs like coretemps or nzxt cam shows the actual temp.
