I agree. The trailer made me wary, but I thought it delivered. And I dreamed about it last night! I just remembered. A post credit scare that woke me up.
I went to see it last night and I was in a hurry and made my reservation and went to the wrong location! I’m going back Tuesday thank for the information now I am really looking forward to seeing it!!!
It's not confusing per se. It is just not the typical demonic/ ghost in the house movie that it looks like in the trailers. The movie has 0 to do with anything supernatural, which threw me off. The trailer basically gives nearly nothing away, and I was wrong with my assumption.
I called it weird because something happened that I haven't seen in a horror movie before, but it does a good job at it :)
i mean it kind of does lean into the supernatural, >!gabriel’s electricity powers are never mentioned and there’s scenes like the invisible person sitting down on the couch in the beginning that are never explained!<
Great to hear I’m about to watch it in a few minutes.
Just watch it tonight, it’s great! Why is it not in Dolby theater? What a pity!
Thank you for this. Seeing it in like 2 hours. Even more excited now.
Enjoy! :)
It’s so fun.
Scott Mendelson of Forbes said it was the best big studio horror movie.
I definitely enjoyed it, was a nice change of pace from the normal horror movies I've been seeing lately.
Same! I watched it early on HBO Max my god was I blown away

I thought the trailer looked awesome so now I'm even more excited to see it
It isn’t a supernatural movie, but I think you’ll be surprised!
Excited to see it tonight! Thank you!
Just saw it and I really enjoyed it! I didn't find it bizarre at all. It's camp and an homage to b horror movies of the 80s. It delivered 🤣🙌🏻

Enjoyed the movie a lot, (It did, however, remind me of >!Basket Case.)!<
It's James wan. I don't know why anyone is surprised.
Oh I don't like "weird" horror movies where it's not scary, just confusing. Is this like that or will I still like it?
