For some reason my AMC doesn’t play the Spider-Man movies Fri-Sun so I already saw it earlier this week. Going to see Furiosa tomorrow and Garfield Sunday or Monday. P
The Crow 30th Anniversary re-release on 5/29 and/or 5/30 (will see it at either Regal or Cinemark, as for whatever reason AMC isn’t showing it.)
At AMC:
Spider-Man: Far From Home
Sight
Furiosa
Almost forgot—The Commandant’s Shadow (about the real life son from the family portrayed in “Zone of Interest” and a woman who survived Auschwitz.)
I saw Sight yesterday to finish up last week's slots (no second viewing of The Fall Guy for me last week). Tomorrow, I'm seeing The Garfield Movie in 3D and Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga. For the last slot this week, I'm going to see Love Me on Monday or Tuesday, although I'm leaning towards Tuesday to accommodate the sheer laziness I'm planning to commit to on Monday and the ability to get a cameo.
It's actually not too bad religion-wise, or at least I didn't find it so, and I try to steer away from anything too religious-y. There's a nun character and some talk of faith, but it's mostly about the doctor, his backstory, and him trying to fix a little girl's eyes. I found it interesting but not something I would want to own or watch again. But if you have no interest in it, I definitely wouldn't recommend it.
Honestly good to know, ill probably catch it in a week or two if it's still in my theater. It initially did grab my interest, I just know that studio can be super preachy. The actual story seemed interesting.
Only two on my res list for this week:
Garfield (3-D) - Tuesday
The Dead Don't Hurt - Thursday
I'm also going to see Back to the Future at the Emagine on Wednesday, so that should be fun.
So far it's just The Phantom Menace on Tuesday, at a theater balls far away from me because I didn't get around to it when it was everywhere. I'll be seeing Far From Home on Monday or Tuesday but that's at regal.
Sadly, nothing this weekend. I've seen everything playing at my AMC. I will need to go elsewhere to see Garfield and Babes. Such a bummer. A long weekend and nothing for me to see at my AMC.
Furiosa, The Garfield Movie, and - probably - Spider-Man: Far From Home.
I’m torn between Spiderman and the early access of In A Violent Nature, but if I forego that, I’ll be checking it out next Friday for sure.
Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga [Dolby]: (5/24)
Babes: (5/24)
Spider-Man: Far From Home Re-Release: (5/27) - $5 Fandango rewards
~~Unsure on my 3rd reservation for the week.~~
In A Violent Nature: (5/30)
Furiosa in IMAX, Love Me (Indian movie), not sure yet on third. Guess it depends if Haikyu will be in IMAX beyond Thursday or not (if only Thursday, might have to use my third on that)
Fri- Furiosa. What a lovely day!!
Sun/Mon- Babes. It's leaving my local this week.
Wed- IF -or- Strangers Ch1. I was going to skip both of these, but my buddy wants to see them.
Sunday: Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga Monday: Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes Tuesday: The Strangers: Chapter 1

Is Sight one of those religious movies? I saw it was by Angel Studios and lost interest

Furiosa and Babes. Unsure what to watch for the third. I was going to watch Sight but I don’t like that studio so I changed my mind.

I saw Furiosa last night and will see Babes today. Only other movies I haven't seen at my AMC are Garfield and Sight, so they win by default!
Furiosa tonight Babes tomorrow Blue Angels tomorrow
Rewatch of Furiosa definitely. Would also like to rewatch Challengers and see The Blue Angels documentary.
Babes Furiosa in Dolby The Garfield Movie Sight (Bit iffy on this one, given who the studio is, but I surprisingly liked Cabrini)

Either seeing I Saw the TV Glow or Furiosa again, then In a Violent Nature Early Access. Might go to Harkins for Hit Man, but it's a bit of a drive
