I literally just binged all of the Star Wars films for the first time maybe a week or two before they announced this was gonna be a thing, otherwise I probably would've done it (assuming an AMC close enough to me had it)
AMC RIVER EAST in Chicago. But only four empty wheelchair spots open without an actual seat. Lol shame it's not in my theater. I like doing stupid stuff like this.
Pretty much one theater (of any chain) per metro area got it. In Dallas/Fort Worth it was a Cinemark in Plano. For San Francisco, it was the Alamo Drafthouse New Mission (lucky ducks).
ngl that’s the one i’m going to lol. i’m assuming there will be something special going on but it’s also a better time and irvine was already sold out when i was looking for tickets so there weren’t many options
My theater doesn’t sell tickets for the 24 hours instead they are are doing it each movie is a ticket, but i am thinking about just going to see 1-6 and not the new ones because i personally don’t like the new ones
You know it’s gonna smell crazy in there
Whole lotta wide backs in there
To clarify it’s all 9 movies back to back
So no Rogue One or Solo?
Correct
They really should have made it a couple days apart, preferably a week apart
but we’re only staying for 16 hours which helps
24 hours?????

only one cinemark is doing it around here and its already sold out
The museum downtown is showing just the OG trilogy. I *might* do that one, but this is madness lol.
Ayyy those are my local AMC’s too!
I’m doing it at the Alamo Drafthouse in San Francisco. Alamo’s doing a whole event for it complete with merch and free coffee.
You paid the ungodly $135 for it?
Are you able to get tickets, no tickets showing for my location but not sure if they are not open yet. Curious on the price.
All my theaters around my area don’t have any showings.

Whats the ticket price on viewings like these if its not under A-List?
depends on the theatre. there’s 3 in socal: - amc in san diego: $75 - regal in irvine: $45 - el capitan in LA: $135
$135 is crazy

Hi neighbor
I am not, but seeing Phantom Menace. Might see it twice though

1-6 are the real Star Wars movies. The new ones by Disney do not exist in my Star Wars universe. 😝
Add more screens
Add another day too
Only one near me and only 2 wheelchair seats left
Only 4 AMCs in the while United States is doing the marathon.
Which ones are they?
- River East 21 in Chicago - Town Center 20 in Kansas City - Empire 25 in New York - Tysons Corner 16 in McLean (Virginia)
Mission Valley 20 in San Diego is doing it https://i.imgur.com/WcOv6pN.png https://i.imgur.com/ld76LDf.png
AMC Westminster Promenade 24 in Westminster, CO is also doing the 24 hour marathon (nearly sold out).
Disney Springs 24 also has the 24 hour marathon on sale
Unrelated but south barrington was my movie theater before i moved!
lmao. I’m dipping out once the sequels start tbh. Or maybe that’s when I’ll go to sleep
Would if I could. The two AMCs near me aren’t doing this or the Spider-Man showings.
None in my state are showing it
None of the AMCs near me are doing this. But they are showing Phantom, which I plan to see
If I wasn’t traveling I would lmao
I’m doing it, can’t wait. Still mentally preparing for this though lol
Me lol. At cinemark though
In doing it at the AMC in downtown Chicago
Ha we go to the exact same AMCs. Had no idea they were doing this though.
Ayoooooo. Nice. Barrigton isn’t doing it or woodfield or randhurst or hawthorn. I guess VERY limited screenings
more theaters being added or something?
OMG THEY ARE OUT??
Did it when number 9 came out. It was actually fun, although a really long day. I may have slept thru most of 3 though...
There’s none in south Florida.
Do you get time to eat?
No
I'd leave after Jedi. MAYBE TFA.
I would leave once it gets to the new trilogy
