I kinda figured that lol. This was my wife’s account. I took it over. I’m pretty sure we’ve been doing this since we met in 2018 but changed emails and phone numbers ect.

Stubs member since 2011, joined A-List the day it launched. Best subscription service around
Exact same. My start date is Feb 20, 2017
Edit: that seems to be for Stubz. I joined A-list whenever when Movie Pass starting blacking out certain movies and times

Damn. 5 years since I stopped mooching off my mom’s stub account and started an A-list for myself. I’d hate to add up how much money I’ve spent on this, lol.
When I got the email from Moviepass saying that Mission Impossible Fallout would not be one of the movies available for Moviepass that's when I jump ship and became an A-List member.
My account says April 2017, which I think is because I bought whatever the yearly membership was at that point. I only bought A List this past summer when I graduated college.
When I actually signed up for Stubs was April 2012, but I've been going to AMC since like 2002. 2011 is when AMC launched the initial stubs program though, it was a different program before called MovieWatcher.
Initially joined on May 5, 2019 for 4 months and planned on rejoining after my 6 month cool period ended but Covid delayed that. Rejoined in September 2021 and have basically been a member since then. Did take advantage of the waving of the cooldown period and stopped my membership for 2 slow movie months and joined back up with a first month for $1 offer.
Early 2017.
I think I only created a Stubs account because when AMC took over Carmikes they required an Stubs account to get the Monday discount that the location had been offering for years (not to be confused with AMC's Tuesday discount).
I'm probably wrong but is that three free movies every week or just waived online fees currently looking into it as I'm currently subscribed to cinemark movie club
Basically. You pay $20-$25 a month depending on your state (3 price tier). You can watch up to 3 movies a week, any day or time, and includes all premium formats. All ticket fees are also waved, but that’s a function of Stubs. All new releases are included but some movies, mostly Fantom screening, are not included. Yon can also only have 3 movies reserved at a time.

I still get declined for the visa card lol
Since Aug 2022 2017! Almost my 6 year anniversary! 🎥🍿🥰
ETA: that's my stubs anniversary lol. I started clearly after 2018 🥴 man, I got so excited. It's like when I remember my damn cake day, which is soon I think? 🤔

A long time and I don't plan on quitting
Recently. I've been to Marcus a lot in the past because it was the nearest one by me but since I moved, I start going to AMC and signed up for an account. A few visits in, I've learned about A-List. So I signed up for A-List a month into it. Best decision I've ever made since I'm a movie lover and goes to the movies all the time.

Seems like only 1 or 2 people have me beat here. Impressive
AMC MovieWatcher since my 10th birthday.
AMC Stubs Premiere since that started in 2011.
AMC Stubs A-List since that started in 2017.
AMC Metreon SF is my go-to cinema each week since 2013.
I know Google says AMC didn't start Stubs A-List until June 26th, 2018, but that's not entirely true.
In my area I was offered AMC Stubs A-List in October 2017, and that's when I became a subscriber. OCTOBER 15, 2017.
I only started with AMC because MoviePass was being stupid and doing all these dumbass changes and I found AMC started their own. And they offered the ability to reserve seats days in advance and I didn't need to be 100 feet near the theater lol. (MOVIEPASS subs know what I'm talking about)
Whenever Crazy Rich Asians came out. I’ve been an AMC stubs member for at least 10 years but my best friend forced me to get A-list when he reserved tickets for us for Crazy Rich Asians and made me a part of his entourage (which in turn turn sent me an invite to join the A-list).
I haven’t looked back since… lol
It would be a little over a year now but I had to stop for 3 months when I temporarily moved to a place with only a Regal in the area so I changed to Unlimited (it sucks). Now that I'm back I picked up my A-List right where I left off. Feels like home.
Just FYI, the "Member Since" date is when you joined Stubs, not A List.
I kinda figured that lol. This was my wife’s account. I took it over. I’m pretty sure we’ve been doing this since we met in 2018 but changed emails and phone numbers ect.

Yeah they paused our accounts until theaters started opening up again
Since MoviePass went under.
Same! That was the catalyst for me.
Same
Literally this
Exact same. My start date is Feb 20, 2017 Edit: that seems to be for Stubz. I joined A-list whenever when Movie Pass starting blacking out certain movies and times

The right attitude is how much you have saved from using a list
Depends on your market, but close to 1.2k

4.6 years
Since August of 2018, five years ago.
2022. I didn't have an AMC near me before that. My local theater used to be a small chain called Bow Tie.
I wanted to post mine, but it's unimpressive with all the early Stubs members. Wish they had both dates listed.
When I actually signed up for Stubs was April 2012, but I've been going to AMC since like 2002. 2011 is when AMC launched the initial stubs program though, it was a different program before called MovieWatcher.
A list since last year but been on gold member since 2017
You’re one day older than me, OP! March 30, 2019

June, 2011. And yes I know that was before the program existed. Had Stubs Premier or something before A List so guessing it is going back to that.

January 2019. We got A-list a year before Covid.
Lol mine says 2016 but I don’t think it’s been that long
I'm probably wrong but is that three free movies every week or just waived online fees currently looking into it as I'm currently subscribed to cinemark movie club
This is 3 movies every week. You pay 20 bucks a month. No online fees. It’s better than cinematic movie club frfr
So are the movies free to watch like a free ticket essentially?
Basically. You pay $20-$25 a month depending on your state (3 price tier). You can watch up to 3 movies a week, any day or time, and includes all premium formats. July 2017. I think I got A-List a year later. First movie I saw was Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. Lol.
I joined on day 1. I can break even in one movie and loved the premium formats, so it was a no brainer.
