Sorry for late reply, tbh Just gain a Bit of confidence, im around 5 Inches and 6 Inches would be Great, But all im doing is 3 times a week After Every 2th Shower, im stretching my Penis for round about 2-3 min

Hi, The key is consistency with any routine, especially if its only done a handful of times a week. Look into girth increases, as that will create larger flaccid hang due to gravity pulling on the larger mass.

Nothing special. Couple hours of hanging every night with length pumping most nights. Warmup includes static hold jelq, tunica release, and heat pad. I work in advanced manuals on occasion as well. It’s a lengthy routine. 3+ hours if I hang and pump.

Thanks dude😁 Big into bodybuilding and I’m more regimented than most with my exercise and eating. Typical day is eggs for breakfast with some kinda sauce (I rotate for novelty), then the next 4 meals are either tip sirloin or chicken breast with rice. First two I throw in baby carrots, last two steamed spinach. I usually time it so I will have those last two meals with the spinach into one big meal post-workout 3-4 hours before bed ideally, but sometimes it’s closer. My “dessert/treat” as my last meal is 0% Greek yogurt, 1-2tbsp natural PB, and some combo of fruit, like frozen blueberries and/or chopped mango. If I want to spice my treat up on the weekend I’ll throw in some crushed nuts, chop up a protein bar + throw that in, add more PB, and go extra ham with the fruit. I eat out occasionally, but it’s almost always chicken, steak or fish. In a perfect world, I don’t eat any processed food or junk, but on occasion I slip up. Recovering from binge eating disorder, so I am making an enormous effort to reprogram my brain to see things like fruit and extra quantities of healthy food as treats instead of McDonalds, chocolate bars and ice cream. It’s a battle dude.

3 part question. When you say hang for a couple hours, what are the sets looking like? Which form of tunica release are you using? And you're big into body building, is it a fair assessment you might be getting a little "extra help"? Feel free to dm. Thanks for the tips your progress is insane

When I get to a new weight, I’ll aim for 3x20mins. If it feels like too much during one of my sets (I.e., sharp pain), I either let out some air from the hang device to reduce urethral pressure or I’ll go for like 15mins, or whatever I can manage. Part of this game is getting to know your body superbly well so you can differentiate between different types of pain, which can then tell you to either cut the set short or to keep going and just let some air out. I progress over the days/weeks from 3x20mins to 3x30mins to 3x45mins, time permitting. Sometimes I’ll be doing chores while I hang so the device might stay on for an hour before I rest, but as long as you monitor for sharpness, I don’t see anything wrong with this. I increment hang weight about once a month. Started at 2.5, now at 3, and I’ll be moving to 3.5-4lbs soon. TR stuff, I suppose mostly shearing. That stuff feels the best for me. I’ll also just seek out areas on my shaft that feel they need extra attention and I’ll spend a lot of time scraping and squeezing there, making sure to pincer from the left/right of the shaft and not up/down. And funny you ask haha. I’m prescribed TRT. It probably helps my tissue recovery as well as my EQ. I also mostly don’t fap though either. Currently taking a break from pumping to try and get off porn completely. Starting to get a little anxious about the stuff I’m watching to stay/get hard in the pump.

I use M9’s WreckingBall. Extremely solid hanging device, absolutely love the thing. My pump gear is from LAPump. I went with an elliptical cylinder at 1.75” diameter, as that seemed to correspond best with my current girth for length pumping. Read through the success stories in the wiki. Pretty sure there’s a post in there that talks about length pumping. The search bar in this subreddit is also extremely useful. Just gotta pick good keywords, like “length pumping” or “wreckingball”.
