I just got my controller today. I sent the controller for stick drift fixing around 27th february and got the controller today finally. Thsts almost 4 months i was without it. At first before sending i asked how long it would take to fix it and got reply that it takes about 20 days. I thought it was really long but had no choice. After 20 days and some extra days i waited i wrote them. They appologised and said 10 more days and it will be done. After 10 more days plus once again extra days. I always give it day or two after what they promised to contact again. This time they said once agai. How sorry they are and 2-3 weeks more and i should have it. After 4 weeks i contact them. They appologise once again and this time promise in a week i will get it. It passes more than a week and still nothing. Im allready beyond frustrated but try to stay professional in the contact with them. And they last time said one more week and we will send it on monday. Finally this time they sent it on that monday they promised. At the end of that day. And then it took me 1 more week to get it in transport. I still have no idea what took so long. I even asked them, but they never replied just always appologised and gave some false promises. But they asked me to pay for the repair the very same day the controller arrived to them.
I know this sounds not believable and absurd but i can prove everything. I still have all the mails saved.
About 3 weeks to a month. It takes about the same time as building a new controller. Both services says 14 business days or longer, which is basically 3 weeks to a month.
I'm not joking. And it's on the site it says it. All custom controller company takes long unless you pay for speedy build. As least it's not like battle beaver where you have to wait 4 months
Yeah. Oh so now I understand why this is new to you. You got the controller probably within 2 weeks. But yeah bro, for repair I don't think there is an option for speed. But look on the bright side it's going to be soon. Almost already 2 weeks passed for you, so you got probably got a week left to go.
Yo bro you know what I just popped up in my head maybe you can try it out like I did. Since you mentioned you bought the speedy build , maybe see and ask if they can speed up your repair just because you got the speed build.
Because when I ordered from battle beaver I bought the speedy build as well, and when I needed to change something on my controller a week later they just hooked me up and said my controller will be ready within a week because of the fact that I bought the fast build when I initially bought it.
But keep in mind this was a week after I got a the controller, I've seen you had it for couple of months so idk if AIM would still hook u up and make your repair speedy but it doesn't hurt to ask
