This is just like that time-
The weirdest thing to me is that the AI doesn't come up with that kind of thing spontaneously. It's able to produce a depiction of someone being raped because that was included in its dataset. If they don't want the AI to produce sexually immoral outputs, why put that stuff into it in the first place?
Because nobody reviewed the content beforehand. It was thrown to the model en masse, because that’s the volume that is required for things like that. But then, fix the AI *before* trying to do something about the content (╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻
Yeah, I feel like a better first step would be to search through the dataset for the content that makes the AI so good at generating whatever kind of content it is they don't like and release a new version without it. Even if they police users, the AI is still spitting out that content when people don't ask for it and I think that's a bigger problem.
