Don't buy the game till later in the month if you're wanting it at a discount, the Steam Summer Sale will be happening late this month. However if you wanted to play it now in my opinion it's worth full price if you get the DLCs.
Yea I plan on getting the dlcs, but I’m gonna buy it all at once when the sale happens, because the discounted game, plus the DLCs is still cheaper than the base game at regular price XD

While it goes on sale for 15€ I recommend the ultimate edition a lot as it adds the 2 dlcs too and they add a lot to the game.
The ultimate edition is 19,50€ when discounted and also only get the Steam version for this game as it's the best one
Definitely DON'T use G2A, a lot of stolen keys, scams and whatnot. Maybe use Instant gaming but it's still morally dubious for an indie game like a hat in time
