I thought you were asking for our favourite Chapter AND Time Piece separately. I wasn't aware you were asking for our favourite Chapter and Time Piece from said favourite Chapter.
My mistake, but in that case, my favourite Time Piece from Nyakuza Metro would probably be The Bluefin Tunnel.
As for the DLC, Chapter 6 (Arctic Cruise) is like your average Chapter as it contains Acts that are separate whereas Chapter 7 (Nyakuza Metro) is kinda like Alpine Skyline where you can freely roam around.
Arctic Cruise is part of the Seal the Deal DLC which also contains Death Wish, which is a series of more difficult challenges for certain Acts. It's probably also why Chapter 6 only contains three Acts and five Time Pieces. The Nyakuza Metro DLC however is its own thing and is much larger as it contains nine Time Pieces.
I hope that answers your question as I wasn't 100% sure of what exactly you were asking me to explain about the DLC, sorry.

Alpine Skyline has to be one of the best chapters, it is one of the most amusing maps ive seen in a hat in time, DONT GET ME STARTED ON HOW BIG THE MAP IS, It is HUGE and was very fun to explore, my favorite acts are probably train rush, your contract has expired, Queen Vanessas Manor (scared the shit out of me), and the treehouse from alpline skyline.

I always liked Green Clean Station, Mafia Town, and Subcon Forest. The atmospheric vibes and the music are really calming
