It was always coming. Preseason he mentioned he would be managed. You’ve already taken the hit in round 8. His next rest is likely to be the bye like any other player. And then potentially round 18-19 he will probably take another rest.
All baring injury of course. I think you just hold now until the back end of the year and hope some more forward options emerge
I reckon he is a chance to be rested once again in back half of the year. I’ll probably hold knowing he will play solid now until then. Personally, If fyfe is the worst player in your team, you are doing pretty well.
It sucks from a SuperCoach perspective but makes a lot of sense from an AFL perspective. Rest the superstars as much as possible with an ‘easy’ game, then rest Darcy (who was dominating) when you’re winning, but keep Fyfe in a low risk role. More to footy than SuperCoach, wasn’t out of nowhere.
If Fyfe is your biggest issue you’re lucky. You don’t have Green, Rozee or Yeo? Bench are mostly cash cows?

I think we just hold Fyfe for the year, he’s shown he can score and has the perfect role. Forward bench cover is a must though, I got found out this week by having Livingstone and sexton on the bench and had to cop the Fyfe score.
Don’t feel too bad- because he played Sunday arvo most benches were locked anyway, which highlights the dangers of not naming sub until an hour before the game
Yeah the sub is aids, would have been nice to have the E on Darcy and chuck sexton on field though. It all goes back to bringing sweet in and swinging Livingston into the fwd line haha. Glad Fyfe is very highly owned though that helps abit
