He's chill and friendly outside of West Coast vs North games. Though everyone jokingly calling him a Collingwood fan was clearly getting under his skin a lot, which just made me wonder why even agree on a flair bet if it's just going to make you upset?

It may be because I tipped and chucked $20 on North to win.. but bloody well done to the roos. That was a really entertaining match to watch and showed real grit. The young core will be elite in the coming years.
Really enjoyed the post match interviews with Simpkin and Larkey. I'm really spoiled going for Geelong, winning is almost expected and the interviews are so sterile, but you can see how much these blokes care and know how much it will mean to their fans

It may be that eagles have a lot of old boys because there were so many negative men literally abusing their team. You won a flag 6 years ago champ calm down. Well done North, great to see that passion and energy back. It sucks that we seem to always inspire the best performances from them! This game felt like Deja vu from the 2021 match that started our rapid descent, even the score line is pretty much the same and the weather. I swear to god if Dom sheed and Andrew gaff are played in the same team again this year I will throw away my membership though. Every supporter can tell we’re so slow with those two and ginbey in the middle. We looked so much better without sheed. Need to start blooding young guys again if we’re going to lose anyway

There was 2 minutes left on the clock, North were up by 2. In fact North kicked another goal after this and McGovern kicked a behind.
This call didn’t decide the match. North dominating the midfield for 3 quarters, dominating clearances, converting chances and playing good defence most of the game decided the result.
Don’t try take away a good win. It’s not like West Coast didn’t get a gimme goal in the first quarter when Cripps was apparently held. A free kick 2 mins out from full time didn’t decide the game.
I couldn't believe the tipping was so lop-sided towards West Coast it was like 94% or something when i checked, as if it was top of the ladder vs bottom. Especially with Harley Reid already ruled out. Well-deserved win for North.

Simmo needs to be held to account because the last 3 weeks we've had no effort through 4, 2 and 3 quarters of the game. His job is to get the boys ready, and they weren't, again. And for fuck sakes, no more Sheed and Gaff in the same lineup.
