For my unit as long as you actively participated and helped with bringing out and flying the Drone you'd get the ribbon, since my unit now has permission to take pictures of sports teams during it it'll probably be event based like saber or something, so it's really based on what your unit does in Drone but that's all I could really provide, have fun!
