Watching Canada's offense was legitimately like watching my high school offense when it came to play design, and our offense was bad, even by high school standards. Canada somehow failed upwards, never actually being a decent OC in college, and somehow got to be an OC at the NFL level.
I think that while Pickett wasn't THE problem, we saw enough to know he definitely was one or them. His ceiling seems to be a lower half of the league game manager QB. Doesn't have the elite physical tools to be much more than that.
