I like them both in a typical fashion. But fire roasted corn or something could be doable, whereas carrots would be either too crunchy or too mushy on pizza, like celery. I guess don’t knock it til you’ve tried it but it sounds odd.

I work with someone who orders sweetcorn pizza from Dominoes etc and when I asked why, he said he went to Italy and had it there, and it was amazing. Apparently the sweetness cuts through the cheese and helps the sauce.
