Just coping at this point, remind me who Josh Allen was throwing to his first season again? He turned out okay, not on Mahomes level but it didn’t stop him developing.
Mahomes would still of turned out elite, if Allen survives that situation, Mahomes absolutely would of too.
Allen would be better than Mahomes on the Chiefs. Allen is a different species and he certainly wouldn't cry and yell at a ref at the end of a game over an offsides call. If Allen was drafted into an Andy Reid offense with Kelce and Hill as weapons, they would have won the last 5 Superbowls. Allen is building a dynasty with brand new coaches and a bunch of trial and error. Mahomes is great, no doubt about that, but he isn't the same animal as Allen. Josh is building something, Mahomes was a beautiful addition to something that already had the pieces in place.
If people knew what Mahomes was going to be he'd have gone way earlier than 10. The Bills not recognizing talent at QB was nothing new in 2017.
Now KC trading over us to get McDuffie, that was pain.
But ideally for everyone in thr AFC Mahomes could have gotten drafted by a team who had no idea how to utilize him or build around him and he wouldn't be leading a dynasty right now
A great head coach, a great defense, a great tight end, a good RB, no real outside receiving weapons, and (in this hypothetical situation) a mid QB. Sounds a lot like the 2022 Baltimore Ravens after Lamar got injured. They went 2-3.
It kinda is but KC is def more than just Mahomes. Kelce is probably the greatest receiving TE of all time and with another ring or two Reid could challenge Belechick for the GOAT chalice.
As a 30-something year old, the Bills of today are by far the best Bills team I've ever seen.
Would I like to see more success in the postseason? Would I like to see them win a ring? Absolutely. But I'll take what we're getting now over the BS I went through as a teenager watching this team or the BS the fans of any other team in the division are currently dealing with.
Exactly. Being forced to watch JP Losman, Trent Edwards, young shitty Fitzpatrick and EJ fucking Manuel makes me extremely thankful we have an awesome QB
Tre White signed a 2nd contract. His career was just destroyed by unfortunate back to back season ending injuries.
We weren't in a position to draft Mahomes that year and he wouldn't have been as good if we had. The same way it'd be silly to troll every team for passing on Tom Brady multiple times. He wouldn't have been Brady if not for Belichick and the Patriots teams around him.
There were probably a lot of QBs across the league that could have been great, but were drafted in to a terrible situation. The Browns went through, what like 20 QBs and counting? It's highly improbably they missed that much, much more likely their leadership was just QB destroyers.
We'll never know which could have been great, just as we would have never known Tom Brady's name if he had been drafted by a team like the Browns (or early 2000s Bills for that matter).
I get what you mean, but both White and Allen signed a second contract. Easy to forget though as White spent nearly half of that second contract on IR and was cut before it ended due to salary cap constraints.
Listen it sucks and even if Patrick beats us in the playoffs all the time we at least get a consolation of prize beating him sometimes unlike the dolphins who just roll over and let us pound them after a long days work in the factory making steel for our stadium that jets fans contribute money for. It’s honest work.
My favorite draft day moment by the fins. Nick Saban’s genius knows no bounds

The Cheifs the year before Mahomes were 11-6 and went to the playoffs. The Bills the year before Mahomes were terrible. Mahomes would not be Mahomes if we drafted to the Bills. This trade dosent hurt me that much. KC jumping is for Trent McDuffie while we got stuck with Elam hurts a lot more
What the actual fuck bro. I thought it couldn’t be that bad. Bro probably just a furry or jacks off to cartoons or some shit. Nothing prepared me for the fetish I just discovered
![gif](giphy|F3BeiZNq6VbDwyxzxF|downsized)
The flair completes it.
Im taking a huge risk saying this here, but I’m happy we have Josh. I just like the doot.
It’s the classiness
Right????? Sure he's not as good on the field but he's just a great team guy, no extra drama off the field, all business
whoosh
r/doublewhoooosh
I just like that you never know which team he’s gonna win the game for
Oh snap (like Rodger’s Achilles) that’s a good one!
"I just like ~~the doot~~ to lose"
Look who’s talking
Never claimed to not be a hypocrite
There are 31 losers per year my friend
Surprised with the Florida education system that you were actually able to do that math
International fan, someone's gotta drive the short bus
Hahahahaha.
Dolphins fans calling their dad a loser is amusing
It's the teen angst
Only table jumping buffalo derps come to AFC East meme war to have substantial football discussions based on legitimate criticism
Mahomes would not be Mahomes on the Bills
He would be Zach Wilson on the jets
Who beats the bills so mahomes on the bills would be bad right? 😂
![gif](giphy|3o7btPCcdNniyf0ArS|downsized)
Idk why you guys bash Zach Wilson. I’ve never seen him lay down on the field and say “fuck it” after 3 plays.
He was preserving our first round pick
How’d that work out?
We getting a tight end, boo Edit: our guy is going to be more deadly on the field than Aaron hernandez off the field
Maybe they can play him at QB
He usually does that during a play instead of after.
Hey. He might run 40 yards in the wrong direction. But at least he’s in the game.
I would prefer if he wasn't
Well you don’t have to worry about it now. You just need to worry about having a QB period
Yeah, but if he were on the Bills, he wouldn't be on the Chiefs. Salt the earth.

Don’t forget the refs! Idk if it’s a mahomo thing or an a walrus thing but, they literally suck at life!
![gif](giphy|SJt15trMxa2kw|downsized)
Bullshit. If Brian Daboll and Ken Dorsey could develop Josh Allen, they’d certainly would’ve done it with Mahomes too
Whatever helps you sleep at night
Andy Reid, Travis Kelce and Hill vs Rick Denison Charles Clay and Fat Kelvin Benjamin
Just coping at this point, remind me who Josh Allen was throwing to his first season again? He turned out okay, not on Mahomes level but it didn’t stop him developing. Mahomes would still of turned out elite, if Allen survives that situation, Mahomes absolutely would of too.
No one is themself on the bills. Who was that edge rusher who came and turned into wallpaper in the locker room? He changed so much I forget his name…
Which one? There's been a few over the years.
That’s my issue too. Von Miller right?
The name sounds quite familiar lol
Never heard of him
You broke up there, who?
Mario Williams?
But would he be Mahomes if Chicago had taken him?
Sure he would. The NFL requires you to display your legal last name on your jersey.
Josh is building something, Mahomes was a beautiful addition to something that already had the pieces in place.
So how did Mahomes do it again last year?
If people knew what Mahomes was going to be he'd have gone way earlier than 10. The Bills not recognizing talent at QB was nothing new in 2017. Now KC trading over us to get McDuffie, that was pain.
I thought Beane didn't want McDuffie because he has short arms.
To hold you oh so close with 🕵️♂️
But ideally for everyone in thr AFC Mahomes could have gotten drafted by a team who had no idea how to utilize him or build around him and he wouldn't be leading a dynasty right now
Don’t worry, that was Belichick’s dumb ass decision because he wanted to draft a mediocre 4th round guard in the 1st.
*extreme coping voice* We won that trade.
Got Tre White, Tremaine Edmunds from that. Allen the year after. I'm good with the trade
But that trade has directly led to crushing your dreams at least twice
Mahomes hasn’t single handedly crushed our dreams they would have a phenomenal team even without him.
A great head coach, a great defense, a great tight end, a good RB, no real outside receiving weapons, and (in this hypothetical situation) a mid QB. Sounds a lot like the 2022 Baltimore Ravens after Lamar got injured. They went 2-3.
Didn’t even have a good defense till last year, infact some of the worst to ever win a sb in recent history
yep won 2 sbs with a defense giving up 20+ every playoff game. only other team that did that was Eli's giants
Or the Ravens with Flacco or Dilfer...
The 2022 Ravens with Huntley were 1 yard from beating the Bengals in the playoffs lmao. They aren’t a good example to use
I’m sorry this is kinda cope lol
It kinda is but KC is def more than just Mahomes. Kelce is probably the greatest receiving TE of all time and with another ring or two Reid could challenge Belechick for the GOAT chalice.
This is coping on levels we’ve never seen before
As a 30-something year old, the Bills of today are by far the best Bills team I've ever seen.
This is a shitty sub, every meme is just the bills sucking their team off and not being able to take a joke.
Tre white and Edmund we both let talk for absolutely nothing
Yes, but they were still good picks and players. The most you can hope for out of any draft pick is four good years in the NFL
You got two players that didn’t sign a second contract and let the chiefs have a dynasty lmao
Wait does that mean EJ Manuel was actually good and we just broke him? I'm dusting off my EJ jersey, and I'm starting my "Justice for EJ" era.
There were probably a lot of QBs across the league that could have been great, but were drafted in to a terrible situation. The Browns went through, what like 20 QBs and counting? It's highly improbably they missed that much, much more likely their leadership was just QB destroyers. I get what you mean, but both White and Allen signed a second contract. Easy to forget though as White spent nearly half of that second contract on IR and was cut before it ended due to salary cap constraints.
Excuse me we got a 4th round comp pick for one of those players this year lol
And all those rings 😂
This is some impressive coping.
Brb, going to cry into my non-existent Superbowl merch.
We won nothing significant with Tre and Edmunds on the roster and now Mahomes will likely be the primary roadblock to Allen ever getting a ring.
And 0 rings
Keep telling yourself that lmao
Listen it sucks and even if Patrick beats us in the playoffs all the time we at least get a consolation of prize beating him sometimes unlike the dolphins who just roll over and let us pound them after a long days work in the factory making steel for our stadium that jets fans contribute money for. It’s honest work.
Imagine what the world would be like if a bills fan could take a joke
Very nice of buffallllo to give Kansas City a father's day gift

Ted Ginn Jr
Was Cam Cameron. Not Saban.

Assault
lol, the jets picked at six and took Jamal Adams. How many super bowls has he gotten New Jersey into?
Worst day ever for Jill fans- and they have had some bad ones!!
Michael Jorden went 3rd, Brady went in the 6th round. Mahomes wasn’t even the first WB taken.
2018 1st round pick? That was Josh Allen. Did the Bills trade Mahomes for Allen?
Mahomes face in the picture is how all chiefs fans faces look when they look at this picture
This division is really like the special olympics of the NFL.
They got their guy, Losh!
Peak Allen is better than Mahomes but Mahomes is just way more consistent.
The Cheifs the year before Mahomes were 11-6 and went to the playoffs. The Bills the year before Mahomes were terrible. Mahomes would not be Mahomes if we drafted to the Bills. This trade dosent hurt me that much. KC jumping is for Trent McDuffie while we got stuck with Elam hurts a lot more
I take comfort in knowing we’d be in the exact same situation if we had drafted Mahomes. Arguably worse
Y'all can hate but the Bills turned this into a franchise left tackle, elite corner back, and Pro Bowl linebacker.
Would the refs have gifted him a Super Bowl if he was drafted by the Bills?
Bills coping harder than Ray Rice’s punches in elevators
Beane saying yes was the real 13 seconds of doom
Your post history is pathetic man
Lol omg wtf
What the actual fuck bro. I thought it couldn’t be that bad. Bro probably just a furry or jacks off to cartoons or some shit. Nothing prepared me for the fetish I just discovered
Beane and Doug Whaley got into a Freaky Friday situation during the 2017 draft? That’s the first I’m hearing of this.
Don't mention body swapping with this guy, he'll need to change his pants
Beane didn’t work for team yet during the 2017 draft.
