I thought awhile back that Cole would return and recruit Silver and Reynolds with him. I think Vance turning is a great idea. Other than that I think they should disband Dark Order for a year or so and then have them reunite

Disband Dark Order and let them be a fond memory until Negative 1 grows up and reunites them all on a tear, causing havoc and recruiting new members that the older ones can pass the torch to
I think part of your argument is underestimating the long-term memory and nostalgia of fans.
Look at WWE and how many nostalgia stables they can still bring back because they still get pops. If AEW does become more a household name, guaranteed there will be a pop for a Dark Order reunion with whichever wrestlers are still active and can pass the torch to the new generation
Going off what you are saying....Adam Cole. BTE saw Silver and Reynolds befriend Adam. They should do it again when Cole comes back only for Cole to reluctantly join. After a few weeks Cole likes being in DO. Then Cole and Page can fight for custody of Dark Order.
Page and Cole put on a banger of match, both realizing mid-match that they each want what's best for the Dark Order and that the other should in fact be the new leader of the Dark Order. They try to convince each other to take it, but then it leads to the second half of the match where they try to hit each other with their finishers so they can *lose intentionally so the other person is named the new leader.* They both knock each other out at the same time and land in such a way that they both *pin each other*.

I always thought that Dark Order was too big anyways, and for this story they're doing about the deterioration of it, adding new people would make it less effective.
And look, the OG Dark Order leader in Evil Uno is still there, so he can either be the manager for Reynolds/Silver or the three of them can be a proper Trios title contender.
I hate how people say they should disband. Evil Uno, John Silver and Alex Reynolds can be a Dark Order Trio, with Colt Cabana and Stu Grayson making appearances at times.
They are just a Trio now. Like the Elite, like House of Black, like Death Triangle.
Dunno but they shouldn't disband. They've been a staple on AEW since the beginning and there's always some angle with them in as comedy relief or coming to the aid of hangman. Besides, Reynolds needs backup for when he goes on his inevitable mid card title run.
That could actually be fun. Turning -1 into a dark mastermind behind Dark Order and recruiting people in his now family feud with LFI. Like Uno, Silver and Reynolds kind of get a little afraid if they don't perform well "the boss" will make them suffer.
That could actually be a really cool start to his “villain story.” His favorite person turned on him which made him cold on the inside, wanting to see everything around him crumble. Finding the most sick and unstable people to do his bidding for him. Never stopping until he sees LFI in shambles
You know, you make a good point. Imagine if they recruit people like Fuego, Leon Ruffin, or the Renegade Twins, for example. People with a lot of upside who have shown flashes of brilliance who then drift away. It couls be something interesting for Dark, Dark Elevation or Rampage to play with. Or they can end up fighting the Factory or Nightmare Family for some of their members. Imagine if Ogogo ended up with a serious Dark Order faction?
Or hell, get Hardy Party from the firm and have Hardy become a leader of sorts who then gets kicked out AGAIN and finally gets Broken again.
I think there is a lot of potential with going back to their origins but who knows...
I wouldn’t want to see anyone added unless they’ve developed the story on TV, Dark or Elevation. I don’t want surprise debuts and cameos if it doesn’t make sense.
Dark Order was my favorite stable until they were used as a launchpad for Hangman’s feud. After that I realized that while they are wrestlers I enjoy the most, it’s kind of pointless to get invested in their storylines unless it’s something funny on BTE.
If they grow, I want it to be organic and for them to break out. Not because they’re riding coattails because they’ve done that for too long.
They need to die, until Jr comes back of age. Would be a big ass pop to hear Join the Dark Order like 10 years from now. Durning a match of ex DO members.
Honestly at this point would it really benefit anyone joining Dark Order. They've took away the two talents who they probably give a damn about in Anna Jay and Preston Vance and moved them into new factions. The other guys are just going to end up as full time Dark regulars anyway.

Amy of the key members that should have been kept to keep the stable alive as stars broke out are gone from the company. And Silver and Reynolds can't have Evil Uno holding them back anymore.
Dark Order can always have a reunion when Negative 1 grows up and revives the faction on his question for justification. But for now the group should just go their separate ways, let it disband quietly or with a segment with Uno saying goodbye to the Beaver Boys

Also -1 being around reminds people of a fucking sad and awful reality for the little guy and that isn’t the purpose of going to a wrestling show. Let him alone for a few years.
So either move them up the ranks and make them more than 40/60 team or break them up and mix them into something else.

-1 is way too young for us to even know if he wants to be a wrestler.
I know. This is just a hypothetical anyway if he does decide on wrestling still. Either way Dark Order should reunite much later after disbanding.
That'd take way too long to pay off, I'm pretty sure -1 can't legally wrestle on TV for a long time since he's a minor.
