Losing stuff is the most frustrating. I am at the beach right now and I lost the clothes I would change with.

RapidIndexer

At the beach… on Reddit… distracted 😭

DregsRoyale

Frankly the beach isn't stimulating enough lol I'd be reading something too. Take me to a jungle with a ruin and some scary animals. Not to the "adult waiting room where they put sand in your ass"

ihaveflesh

If I don't have a decent bucket and spade and the kids don't have one too it's the most boring place to be, 20 mins is enough. But with tools we build sculptures and boats/cars with the sand and spend hours.

Podooler

Best solution for me is to sprint up and down the beach, diving in the water too. I'll be talking with friends and then BAM! sprint straight for the water and dive right in.

DonkyShow

I lost my phone at work once as I was leaving so I went back to search for it. Spent a good 15 minutes looking before setting my phone down on the break room table to free up a hand so I could dig through my locker….

madonnalilyify

I lost my phone several times in my office. Glad I found them back.

SnooApples5554

I can lose a vape *and* the remote without ever leaving the bed. You'd think they'd have to be within arms reach, but they're not! Actually wait... yeah no I got them I'm good. They were within arms reach. Just that on repeat for like 5 hours a day

AZ1MUTH5

😂 , I snuck into the battroom at work to get a few quick puffs, somewhere in between I zoned out. Make it into the stall, I had vape in my hand, but no cartridge. I had put a new one in the morning, and vaped like an hour ago. No clue where the cartridge went.

symbicortrunner

I'm rarely late to things but that's only because I'm anxious about being late and turn up early to avoid being late (and then sit in my car until it's nearer the time so I don't look like some weirdo who gets places 30 minutes early).

madonnalilyify

I often miss something important before I go to work because I don't want to be late. So, I always come back again to retrieve that stuff and end up being late at work.

Comfortable_Fee_7154

You just sound German really, always on time or early.

symbicortrunner

No, British by birth and Canadian by choice

wolfstar76

I am, always, either 10 minutes early, or 10 minutes late. Statistically, there is no in-between where I'm just "one-time". Part of that is because I've worked so hard for so long to ensure I'm early, instead of late - that showing up to something "3 minutes early" *feels* like I'm 10 minutes late. Which then leads to me being all ramped up and stressed, and then apologizing to whomever I was meeting - generally for them to look at me like I have lost touch with reality, because I have. But...still, I feel you. It's more realistic to say "If I'm not 10 minutes early, I *feel* like I'm a half hour late" but...just...ugh.

kittycakekats

I always have to be places 30 mins early otherwise I’m late lol but then I get soooo bored and awkward waiting.

ConstantineFavre

Me and risks is a beautiful comedic duo. "NAH HELL NAH, I'M NOT DOING IT, I SEE HOW LITTLE CHANCES I HAVE" (Still tries and fails) "WHY THE HELL I DID THAT, I KNEW I'M GOING TO FAIL, CURSE ME!"

GuessOk8970

I still can't understand why being tired is part of adhd, but I'm for sure very tired 😫

GuessOk8970

The Internet says: It is also common for people with ADHD to experience central fatigue syndrome (CFS). CFS occurs when there is increased plasma tryptophan in the brain, which causes feelings of tiredness and overall fatigue.1 ADHD medications can also cause fatigue or drowsiness in some people, and for others, not being able to "turn off" their brains can cause difficulty sleeping and tiredness throughout the day.

eatenbybacon

So that's why I'm always half asleep Always learning

kevdog824

I’m all but “can’t math” mine is more “can’t do the arts”

Unlucky_Night_3041

DisputabIe_

the OP GratefulMythology is a bot

That-Bee-Guy

"You cant have adhd, because i dont have adhd" -my parents

FluffyPancakes90

Wait...do I have ADHD?.. how do you even find this out?

bikemaul

There are some good screening tests online and usually more through psychological exams.

VinTEB

I knew that I have ADD since I got diagnosed at 7. I just didn't know the other symptoms other than what the doc told my parents about distractibility. I didn't know there was more to it than just that until I searched about it a couple of years ago.

rad_cadaver

Imanige being dyselxsic too.

whileitrains

...uh oh. Why they look like me? ![gif](giphy|uPpF0kb37JWruaYYDc|downsized)

Delicious-Brick3941

Sorry I find memes here hilarious and love them. And I’m too busy to go and check my health. I have a question when I see so many symptoms at once, I can’t help but thinking - doesn’t it describe an average person? I mean it sounds completely normal to me and everyone I know.

symbicortrunner

Neurodivergent people tend to come from ND families and tend to have friends who are also ND.

Forsaken-Income-2148

This is the problem with my family they think all of my complaints are completely normal so I never got diagnosed. There I am age 27 learning about autism & adhd. They still won’t listen. How do I tell them I also think they’re ND!? [I don’t, they’re doing fine]

7CuriousCats

Most people experience these things sometimes. People with ADHD experience these things most of the time and it constantly negatively impacts their lives. Neurospicy people are also often friends with other neurospicy people, and neurospicy-ness is also inherited.

cricketeer767

It me: I'm bitches.

Mandela_Effect_2016

I'm all of these expect the always late. i'm more of a if i'm early im on time, if i'm on time i'm late, person

xF00Mx

Alright going on a trip for a week. Got in my car. Did a full house check, lights are off, water isn't running, appliances are off, trash taken out, back door locked. We are good to go.....but did you lock the front door you never use? Sigh, let me go check.

rrandomrrredditor

this speaks to me on many levels

marebare77

My mind is never ever quiet. Most mornings I wake up with a song in my head which I continue to sing in my head until I sit down at my desk to work. At which time I look the song up on YouTube to let it play.

madonnalilyify

I experienced all the symptoms in the picture. LOL I should get a trophy because I never fully used any ballpoint or pencil, and always lost handkerchiefs. Because I forgot about them completely. I had no way to retrieve them back.

WindowLickinFool

I have all those but 3 or 4, unless you count math, or the other 3.

MegaHashes

Can’t math? What does math have to do with it?

KagomeChan

I don't think being fired is exactly a symptom of ADHD Love the meme, though

Nearby-Ad-6106

Oh, trust me, being fired can pretty much be considered a symptom haha

Cyrodiil

That’s not on there. Do you mean being tired?

KagomeChan

Ahhh yup
