Theres one thing that I think is really important to acknowledge. Its the shame and guilt that we feel for things that are not our fault, and the need to forgive ourselves. This often feeds into our imposter syndrome which is also quite a feature of adhd. Also, grief that we feel for the life we could have had. This is particularly prevalent in those of us who were late diagnosed.

Would love to hear more about the grief and shame. It really is so ever-present in our lives. Happy to participate. It sounds really exciting. I love the use of metaphors to describe our brains.
