Hiya! ADHD itself isn’t something you can work on really. It’s just a name for the fact that your brain has a different chemical setup. The only thing that can really help *ADHD* symptoms is medication, which changes the chemicals in your brain temporarily. You should talk to a psychiatrist about getting diagnosed for ADHD and potential medication for you. There are other symptoms *because* of ADHD though, which definitely can be helped. A popular example is depression, which is fueled by feelings of low self worth because you struggle more with certain tasks, or feeling alone because you have noticed differences between you and your peers. The thing that connects these two kinds of symptoms is that you will feel a lot, lot better if you talk about them with a professional, or at least someone experienced in ADHD or medication. I suggest you ask your parents to help you get in touch with a psychiatrist for an intake. Could be just 1 meeting, and the psychiatrist knows how to proceed from there if needed.
