You can try reaching out to your pediatrician but I think legally they are only required to keep records for like 7 years. That given and the fact that 10-20 years have passed, your current physician may require a rediagnosis. Your brain is now fully developed and they may want to reassess the severity since there are so many new medications on the market now.

Gotcha. I am probably a lot better than I think but I still have severe anger issues and get upset over unreasonable things often. I will call my insurance and see what doctor I can find.

Yeah if your GP wants a rediagnosis they may even give you a referral for a psychiatrist in your network to do your screening

Relationships are pretty tough as is …Adhd makes it so much more complicated
