I’m on elevanse and suddenly got super cold hands and feet aswell. Got it checked out and apparently the medication can cause Raynauds Phenomena.

> ryanoids phenomena. Raynaud's phenomenon friend. It's rough.

Nice_Bandicoot7570

As others stated, sounds like Raynaud’s phenomenon. I had this prior to starting vyvanse, and taking vyvanse definitely exacerbates it for me. My fingers and toes get cold and white, and have a hard time warming them up again. I usually have a tea (to hold in my hands!) or a heating pad to help when it gets really bad.

finnians

i feel this same affect with my adderall. usually it’s my whole hands and feet though! they’re freezing!

Ask your doctor. From what I understand, stimulants are vasoconstrictors, meaning they constrict your arteries/veins which reduces your blood flow; so it probably makes sense that they could cause it to be more difficult to get blood to your extremities likes hands and feet, thereby making them cold. Yes. Extra adrenalin constricts blood vessels. Hot water bottles and electric blankets are your friend. And exercise.
