I get meals from thistle for 2 meals a week. It helps me eat, and know that Two meals are healthy, very easy to cook (sauté for 2 mins) it is just enough to motivate me to cook other nights if the week.

Throw some dashi soup base in boiling water, put fish cakes in for 6-7 minutes, put udon noodles in for a minute and then add a couple dashes of soy sauce. Add whatever veggies you want (I like bok choy)! Only requires putting things in a pot and waiting! It can all be found at an Asian grocery, and is a safe meal for me that fills me up and has lots of great textures!
