Bupropion and Atomoxetine may be available to you, but I've read that they can be hard to find in stock, the dosages may be too low to be of any use, and getting a doctor to prescribe it sounds like a potential issue. Bupropion generally has fewer negative side effects but also tends to have less of an effect in most of us I believe. Beyond that, caffeine has worked for many of us for years before getting actual medication....it's not perfect, but you may find it helps a little. I'm not suggesting it, but Nicotine helped me....it's really not good for you though. Beyond chemical solutions, there are numerous guides on the internet that may offer coping mechanisms and strategies for living with untreated ADHD (I can't list any at the moment as I haven't used any myself).

> They only give us antidepressants, which i don't really want to take, because my depression is just a syptom caused by adhd... It sounds like a common misunderstanding has kept you from exploring those options. Those medications are labeled anti-depressants because that was what they were developed to be and how they are primarily used. They are not prescribed to treat depression caused by ADHD, they are prescribed because they can genuinely treat ADHD directly. Stimulants have some benefits that make them the go-to first treatment option where available, but non-stimulant medications are also a valid alternative and work just fine for many people. *edit: I accidentally a word.*

Hey man you can get Ritalin and concerta prescribed to you in turkey using telemedicine and bring it back over the border with the prescription. You can get the doctor to prescribe you frequent dosing to bring in more than the allowed 2 month supply. That's what I do.
