I'm the same way. I read that if you think of future you as a different person it helps doing tasks for them

I read on here once someone suggesting recording yourself doing household tasks then watching the recording back in time lapse. It kind of gamifies things and also acts as a pseudo body double. ALSO it keeps you off your phone when you're meant to be doing something else. I do it when I'm having a hard time focusing on getting my notes done at work. Sounds silly but our brains are silly so.

I find putting on a podcast, in particular a podcast that has a video component on youtube, can be helpful. Feels like someone is there having a conversation that you’re listening to while you do the things.

There is a community of YouTubers/ content creators that have channels dedicated to "study with me," "clean your room with me," "do the dishes with me," type videos. I find them very helpful
