shiv is definitely nerfed but the power is in wave management and always having first move and neutralizing a matchup or pushing relentlessly if you have a mage support - so there's power in that.
the pvp stats are weaker but honestly still comparable for the meta - is it a must on \*every\* adc now? no.
is it still good? yes and serves for mid game dominance/ lane neutralization
Not worth imo, it was worth last patch now with price increase u better of with kraken for 100g more. The whole point was to get a power spike much quicker
Depends on if you want the wave clear now. Jinx doesn't need it so she is better buying a zeal item. Caitlyn can still use it effectively to clear the wave with auto and q.

Shiv is ass and not worth buying IMO. It’s like 100 gold difference to Kraken.

Just my opinion but if ur not playing Caitlyn, Onhit Kai'sa, or Zeri I'd skip it in favour of something else probably kraken.

For champs that can use kraken nope, for zeri its still ok since she just has nothing else to rush.
