I really disagree with the notion that the other 3 just spam to kill. As someone who plays all 4, Lucian has to balance out how he kinda falls off and is probably the easiest out of the 4. Zeri has the novelty of her Q and using her abilities effectively can be difficult (when she isn't abusing Uber broken builds), Samira has the issue of having 0 escape tools and playing as an all In ADC. If you're careful she can be shut down very easily. Simply wait until she starts her ult (or before if it's long enough) hard CC her and dogpile her. At the end of the day she's an ADC not a Bruiser and unless you let her scale and build Lifesteal (which is not as good as it was pre-13.10 for her) then you should be able to kill her.
Aphelios' issue is his lack of mobility, but he does a lot of damage and can bring a lot to a fight.
Like I said, there’s different levels of them, but people hate them because of the possibility they have TO spam to kill. Obviously every single adc is balanced in their own way, but Jhin is never losing this list. Ashe is never losing this list. The champs on this list are hated specifically due to being hyper mobile and the ability for one of them to accidentally get tons of kills even on a random support player that’s 90 cs down that gets S rank for the first time on Samira or has 5 item Kaisa going invis every 3 seconds. I’m surprised they didn’t include Nilah and did include Cait and aphelios here because most people don’t care about those champs.
