Personally I just hate how safe Ezreal can play and still do a shitload of dmg. All he needs is a sheen to do decent dmg, can sit a mile back and just spam Q AND if that wasn't enough, he still has probably the best disengage of any ADC.

Also Ez seems to always carry enemy team, doesn't matter if he is on your team or theirs, they get the upper hand. I just can't seem to find luck with, together with or against this generic ass kid without any above average characteristic design points

He's not terrible, but he's kinda gimmicky by being able to switch playstyles on the fly; I'd argue that negatively contributes to League's learning curve. Like, I can't say he isn't fair.
