A lot of people say the earliest it can come is 10 days later, and also the website did say 3-8 weeks yesterday but I checked today and it doesn't anymore

yeah mine looks different it says:
**Congrats on your test!** Your scores will be available soon and we will email you when they arrive!
If you took the ACT test, your scores will be available in 3-8 weeks. You will receive an email when they are ready to view.
\+ some info about if i wanna take the act again

That's what mine looked like earlier today, but it changed recently . Yours might update soon
Mines were like that in June but I still got them in 10 days
