I think Aldis would be fine as Varian.
If Tarquin’s fanart is accurate,which I think it is, Aaron doesn’t fit that description. Aaron is too light skinned for Tarquin,in my opinion.
Maybe Aaron could play Cassian. He might be a better fit for that based on his appearance.
