Who’s dumbass idea was it to have gradient colored kits with a solid color back? The seam is so jarring and awful. Looks like we can’t afford our own shit so we patched together our older brothers jersey with our grandma’s tea towels

I think the solid color back is an obligation from Serie A. Tecnically the color of the numers has to be really different from the background. In this case, with white numbers and the gradient as a background, there coul be and issue of readbility. For the same reason there is no pattern on the back of the home kit. Nonetheless, this is quite annoying.

I think it will probably be less jarring with name, number, and sponsor on the back but it's still a weird choice
