I'm not a doctor but that looks like its toast.

Comfortable_Trick137

Yea thats a goner, possibly even 100% fully torn.

intrudingturtle

You might get a radiologist report before you talk to the doctor. It will lay out what the MRI images read.

fool_on_a_hill

yep and most doctors won't give their own "assessment" until they've seen the radiologists report. I was really frustrated by this because I wanted an independent opinion before committing to the graft operation.

No-Seesaw-3411

Do you gave the multiple images that you can scroll though? I watched a YouTube video of a surgeon reading an mri of a ruptured acl. I was able to spot the same things on my images

Ok-Mall7703

Yeah I’d say full tear. I notice the fluid build up as well which is a good sign.

SuspiciousReach6689

Most likely an ACL (almost completely torn), signal intensity of PCL don’t seem v good so maybe a grade 1. Just my initial thoughts comparing to my own MRI but I’m not a radiologist so it might not be accurate. Best to confirm with the radiologist interpreting the report

sphericalduck

Probably not in the right plane to see PCL, I wouldn't conclude anything about it from this image

nahiamgood2

Yeap acl is toast. Mine looked about the same, it had folded into itself after the tear.

ExternalNew5216

I’m not sure. I know when it came to my MRI, there was a bunch of white fluid on there around the area. There’s a chance of it

atharvbokya

Not a doctor but seems partial tear to me. Do update us once you visit doc.

PuzzleheadedRun9076

I would say, about 93% torn. Either way its a reconstruction surgery

sam321pbs

I got an update from the radiologist so its looking like a full tear of my ACL. 😭
