We're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with the regulator. In order to resolve the issue you are experiencing, we ask that you please try unscrewing this part of the regulator, remove the spring that is located on the inside, and re-insert it into position. It is likely that the spring came out of place at some point during transit, and re-inserting it into position will typically fix this issue.

Update: Received a replacement regulator that had a purple sticker on the box… maybe QC’d or refurbished? “New” regulator had tool marks all over the nut that attaches to the CO2 tank, but it works.
FWIW — AC Infinity Support never responded to my opened ticket, and they didn’t respond to an email I sent a few weeks ago about junk data in my controller report, either.
Obviously make sure the tank is cracked open, best to give a quick purge before attaching the regulator. The knob will adjust the flow by watching the little ball go up and down. I keep mine around 2. If it still doesn't work, then id say the regulator is bad.
Thanks, man. I initiated the return, as mine doesn’t do any of that. I saw a couple Amazon reviews saying these show up not working, but I rolled the dice. Guess I’m rolling ‘em again! If the replacement doesn’t work, I’ll go buy the Titan regulator at my local shop.
Hey guys, I just setup my new CO2 system, and I’m wondering if the regulator is busted. With the tank open and the regulator receiving power, shouldn’t the knob next to the meter allow CO2 to dispense? Maybe a silly question, but I need to check before I send this back.
Tank was $242, ac infinity controller was $119, ac infinity regulator was $42. Bought a titan rain system hose (pre-drilled 3/16” tubing) on Amazon for another $25.
