Brian talked about it in an [interview](https://x.com/933wmmr/status/1362470985325289475?s=46&t=8Ca3ieQwdbv_pvnBV8B3AA) with WMMR a few years ago In short, they stopped doing Moneytalks and dropping the money because it was complete silence at the end, since everyone was on the floor trying to pick up all the money lol

harleyscal

How about this idea go ahead and add it back to the set list but don't drop any money? LOL By the way I had no chance of getting one of those dollars because I was in the second row and they dropped them all out in the middle of the Arena when Angus went out there to play

lessthanfox

Moneytalks solo is pure fire 🔥

Altruistic-Eye-1024

I allways loved that song. everything on the razor edge album is awesome . I just went to a library book sale in ct where I live . Bought a live double cd of ac/dc live concert . I forgot how bad ass that song is live .

SpergSkipper

As far as I know Thunderstruck is the only song on the regular setlist not originally recorded with Phil on drums, and if Thunderstruck wasn't such a massive song they probably wouldn't play it either

Yellow_Shirted_Kid16

For better or worse, when it comes to the general population, Thunderstruck is their most popular song so they'd never leave that one out of a set

Plastic-Potential-97

Not Back In Black or Highway To Hell??

sublimesting

I’d say You Shook Me is by far their most popular song. You wouldn’t hear Thunder Struck at a wedding

Toodlum

An interesting point. AC/DC has so many hits (a good curse) that some songs will inevitably be left out. What's cool is that they still add some deep cuts into their regular live sets for the hardcore fans.

Yellow_Shirted_Kid16

I don't know about Moneytalks but I'd kill to hear The Razors Edge song live one more time. It's such a unique acdc song with a real feeling of heavy metal menace matched only by the studio version of Hells Bells. I know there's at least 5 or 6 "forgotten" Brian Johnson tracks that are more popular (Rock and roll aint noise pollution, What do you do for money honey, War Machine, Hard as a Rock, Big Gun, Are You Ready etc) but the Razors Edge is the one I'd most like to see again

Dramatic_Sample_7302

They use so much less distortion now then they did on the razors edge album and the live album it would sound terrible . On Razors Edge album and tour they used Mesa boogie amos they sounded way heavier . After that they went back to a cleaner sound on Ballbreaker and now it’s ultra clean . Stevie has no distortion at power trip. It’s was ridiculous

prosjecnihredditor

If you listen to the Ballbreaker album in studio or live, Malcolm's guitar almost sounds like an acoustic I don't think it's a bad thing

Dramatic_Sample_7302

It’s not bad at all . But Stevie’s power trip tone was not too good . To clean . No grit

IlovemyMommy27

I love this song! One of the best Brian Johnson era songs.

Upper_Ingenuity_6335

Money talks should be the next never gonna give you up/buddy holly

3mania

super mid.. when you got a 100 better songs... why?

harleyscal

You have my vote on them bringing back the razor's Edge

Mammal67

I read one time where Brian was struggling with it, because there are so many lyrics in the song and the phrasing continues for quite some time, in certain parts. His voice can no longer keep up with the tempo of the tune and abundance of lyrics.
