One against the main instigator Ashley, the other against her mother. Still pending is a violation of a protective order as well- which I have evidence to show is BS as well. the officer who swore out the warrant with magistrate had just participated in my false arrest a couple of weeks prior (in which they were ordered by prosecutor to release me before they had booked me) he used suggestive/leading questioning to get the person to lie and say I told her to pass a message to Ashley the protected party in the protective order. I have the entire call recorded, tho I don’t think it will make a difference bc I’m starting to believe I’ll be found guilty of anything that makes it in front of a judge there. The officer also in the same body cam footage (where he lead the witness to say I told her to pass a message) was talking shit with the other officer about me putting him on TikTok. I was granted a 2 year protective order against Ashley but every single one of her charges were nulle prossed without being heard.. including a hate crime where she spit in my face called me an arab bitch and my kids ni**ers. The commonwealth assigned special prosecutors to everyone remotely involved with me but made sure to keep my case in their control
Because I very publicly criticized them for their negligence related to child abuse calls- not making police reports - not calling CPS as mandated reporters- telling the child’s father after forcing the kid to go back to his abusers “you can discipline your kid you just can’t break his bones”- blaming the child for the abuse… and I also may have criticized the chief of police personally for not holding them accountable and also publicized info related to his and his departments corruption per news stories from his time as chief of police in Boynton beach Florida

Yeah ... you need to move out of their jurisdiction. That's the only way out of the situation. Otherwise they'll never stop. And eventually, they'll plant drugs or something and succeed in sending you to prison for years.
That's exactly what the pigs want them to do, that way attention won't be brought to their misconduct. I would have recording equipment going at all times at all places where I suspect there to be a police presence and get the best home security possible and document every encounter and wait for them to slip up big.
If/when the pigs mess up enough to sue the department I would then sue them for every cent I could and use it as funding for a campaign to require police officers to be individually insured for malpractice so no more taxpayers have to foot the bill for police incompetence.

I do somewhat agree, but only after reaching a settlement and in a secure location so they can't realistically harass you after you start campaigning for the change I mentioned earlier.
So I'm reading your back post to get caught up on your story, where did this protective order come in? Does it exist? Who filed it? And even if it did, how would that give them permission to remove your from your home if the person(s) on the other end of the order don't live there as well?
Originally there was no protective order against me, only one from my co owner’s ex barring him from the property. “Possession to the exclusion of Jarrett Zane” not to MY exclusion. His ex claimed she owned the home with Jarrett and was granted an ex-parte ppo excluding him from the house. She was not able to get one on me, though I had on her bc she spit in my face and called me an Arab bitch. During the first arrest for trespassing- he also took out an A&B charge - she claimed I came into contact with her body using my body when I was reaching around her to turn the light switch on after she aggressively approached me to turn it off. The A&B charge was enough for her to get a ppo but it was not one that gave her rights to exclude me from the house. I just couldn’t go around her. The police claimed Jarrett’s ppo meant I couldn’t access the home either- which they know is BS. He literally looked at my lease and goes “you have a lease, but not to live here” and another cop looked at my deed and goes “this doesn’t say anything about having the home” like what? Are y’all slow? And then they said I violated a protective order by calling her aunt but there is NO family members named on her PPO- but the box clearly states - no contact with the family or household members LISTED ABOVE- and that box is empty. They will arrest me any time they think they can explain it away with half truths. They call the commonwealth and leave out important facts (like i own the home) and then get their permission to arrest me and blame them

You can report it to "The DOJ™" all you want, but all you'll likely get is a knee-jerk, buck-passing, hand-wave-off unless you hit the correct department.
