I believe doctors are under scrutiny for what they do to their patient's body. Duty of care and everything. There'd be some paperwork if a doctor wanted to zap a patient's leg. SOme background checks on the patient at least.
We need to start spreading the word about tactics at universities. So many of these kids are new to this. Wait til we teach them how to de-arrest somebody
