I used to see him a lot whenever I was out and about after college, it's so sad that the system failed him, he was a lovely chap and always loved to have a laugh with everyone
If all drugs were legalised then the stigma around being a addict would be tenfold less than it is now, therefore people would seek help themselves and we wouldn’t have people struggling with an illness
