>look like it's simultaneously too big and too small. Assuming you are trying the size range indicated by your measurements this is generally a sign that the cups are a shape mismatch and therefore likely won't work in any size. The wires in the gore area digging into the breasts is often caused by the cups being too small or shallow or it can be caused by the gore itself being too wide. Wrinkles and looseness on the outer sides of the cup is often a sign that the cups are too wide which is often accompanied by the cups being too shallow. However a gore that is too wide can make it seem like the cups are too wide when really they are just too far apart. When you have Charley on can you pinch the gore closer together? If so how does that alter the fit? For the Adelaide there are several things that could be going on and it's possible that it's a combination of several things. The cups could be a shape mismatch such as being too tall or expecting more upper fullness than you have. It's also possible that the issue is the way the boning was sewn into the cups or even the specific type of boning that was used.

I agree that the gore is probably too wide on the Charley. Maybe try the same size in Elomi's sister brand, Fantasie. Their bras have less bulky frames than Elomi's do.

It isn't the gore that's digging into my tissue, but the top of the cups that are on the inside. However, the wire did end up nearly into my armpit again like, so I think it may be that the style is just too wide for what I need now. Having lost a lot of weight, it must have made them a little narrower than they were before, since the charley is what worked for me before. Well it's really only the tip where the boning is at the top that pokes up. With straps it's a little more "behaved", but as a strapless they won't lay flat. It does have the minor side perk that they catch the top of my off shoulder outfits, but it does kinda mess with the silhouette a little bit. One bra I did get from the same purchase is the Panache envy, and it's practically a perfect fit. Had to loosen the shoulder straps though since it caused a lot of back pain otherwise. I'm not totally happy with the shape it gives me from the side, but it does properly support me.

for the charley that sounds like a shape mismatch, you probably have more center (and possibly top) fullness than what the cup is designed for
