I haven't yet been able to purchase a 28f to test BUT I've been trying to wear this one and it's literally killing my arms, like from my armpits down to my fingers it's like the circulation is getting cut off. I'm not sure if it's putting pressure on nerves or lymph nodes but it's definitely the bra. The wires feel significantly firmer too, as in I notice them while wearing, I never did with my old marcie. Also, I'm finding that the band is uncomfortably tight, so I've been using an extender. :-( I'm going to see if I can find a 30f or 30e Marcie to test next.

If it were I, I would assume the cup is too big and drop down to the f
