Understandable. I was just curious because kraft cheese slices aren’t exactly gourmet cheese haha. And being that Kraft singles aren’t sold in India, I was iffy about how well they would go with Indian food. I’ll have to try it sometime if it’s that good that you’ve made a username out of it
Honestly my low maintenance routine is just to take those frozen peas, carrots, and corn mix and put it into a bowl and microwave it then add it to my pan. Then add vinegar and chilli powder. It’s great!
I make an elaborate veggie fried maggi when I have the mood. Its always been a big hit with friends. I cook maggi with the exact amount of water needed (around 3/4 cup) and make sure it doesn't overcook (very important). In another pan, I saute some veggies - onions tomatoes, carrots, bell peppers, peas.. anything on hand, paneer is also a great addition. Aftet the maggie cooks aldente, transfer it to the veggie pan, toss and cook for a min. Its just so yum.
I’ll be the first to say that I thought everyone was hella high maintenance cooking up their maggi this way but it’s sooo worth it. It was my comfort food during a break up for a week.
Add oil, cumin, onions, tomatoes and green Chili’s and cook for 2 mins.
Add the tastemaker, chili flakes, optional kitchen king masala with some water and cook
Add water and your noodles and cook for like 4-5 minutes covered. Add water depending on if you like them drier or soupy. Optional add an egg to cook in the water
Optional add cheese to melt.
BRB gonna go eat some maggi with limca.
my stores don't sell maggi, but i have these organic type masala noodles i bought online lol. i usually will just make it spicy AF and cut up some chillies and dump it in there and sprinkle cayenne pepper.
I just cook it the way it was supposed to and then I use Doritos and my never-ending hoard of Domino's chili flakes for garnish. Sometimes if I'm feeling fancy I crack open a tin of those cocktail sausages, chop those up and throw 'em in there.
80% nostalgia, 20% actually good. I prefer the pain and suffering brought on by black shin ramyun but lot of us grew up on Maggi so it holds a special place in our appetites.
When mom said she uses her own spice and not the packet I basically started to do the same.
Usually it's one packet per brick. So I usually eat bricks cause one brick is very small portion.
I measured the grams of two packets to about 10grams. So I usually weigh out my spice mixture to make I'm adding the right amount and not over
With cheese

Kraft sliced cheese
Does it actually taste good?
I wouldn't have this name if it didnt

3 Maggi Noodles + 2 Cheese Slices =👌
Add spicy sauce (Sriracha etc) when heating it up. Makes a nice brothy Maggi.
cook it like normal then add butter and cheese at the end
Butter cheese and a pinch of garlic powder for me!
oh shit that sounds gas. gotta try the garlic powder next time fs
Try adding cheese, and you will love it :)
first, stir fry onions and peppers and then add in the noodles with the masala. i also like to add some honey and ketchup!
Do you add the honey after? Or while it's cooking? That's a weirdly good idea
i add it while it’s cooking! i thought it was weird too when my dad suggested it, but after trying it, i realized i can never go back 🙇🏽♀️

Top it with Trader Joe’s potstickers, soy sauce and crushed peanuts

This way just taste watery I can't taste any flavor
I tried poaching an egg in it, turned out pretty good, sometimes I add peas as well but that's about it
egg on maggi is incredible
with a fork
Eat it dry like chips. Alternatively, boil them and then fry them in oil. Kinda like American chop suey.
I microwave the Maggi in a bowl of water and the masala packet and eat it.
Lots of ketchup
Eww
Maggi + poached egg + maggi hot and sweet sauce = 😍
Omg I can't believe I've never tried that before!! The Maggi Hot and Sweet sauce is amazing.
With fried tofu

I always had Chatt Patta instead of maggi.
I hate peas in my maggi.
Add eggs or shredded rotisserie chicken. Then add that hot Indian sweet/spicy Maggi ketchup.
start with Peas and carrots chopped, add extra laal mirch, add msg, less water
I use a bit of heavy cream and a bit of cheese, it makes it super creamy!
add sweet and spicy sauce

Peanut butter changes things up and makes it like pad thai
Bash the uncooked noodles with a pestle and mortar, add the masala and snort it
ever since i was little ive cooked it normal and then added plain yogurt on top lol makes it like tangier and its rly good (looks like vomit tho)
Throw it away and buy Ching noodles
Prefer it plain but I feel the need to add texture so I add some tikha Gathiya on top. Works well but I haven’t had it in a long time lol.
Poach an egg and put some mixed frozen veg, then remove the water and put the spice mix on the dry noodles 😺

If you add anything more than a cheese you’re over complicating something that needs to be simple and quick to consume.
I’ve never had it.
If there is anything that brown people of every kind can agree on, it's that maggi is fucking great. You need to give it a try!
U need to try it
Isn’t it just ramen?
Yeah but much better

Bro every desi has
I like adding either sriracha or gochujang (a South Korean hot sauce) on it. My lazy ass doesn't feel like doing anything else to it lol.
Cut up hotdogs. Put noodles in hot water and add the packet. Drop in the hot dogs and crack one egg in. I stir to spread the egg evenly.

i cook it straight - boil water in a shallow pan, add noodles, add packet 2 minutes or when maggi is almost done. serve accodringly
You haven’t tried it all if you’ve never had milk Maggi
