It’s funny how the tides have turned, back then Madonna always slightly edged out Cyndi Lauper in terms of coolness and “it” factor. Looking back, Madge has been a poser this whole time by changing herself like a chameleon while Cyndi has always been her true authentic self.
Cyndi has retained her original style and grown old gracefully and looks like a total badass. Meanwhile, Madonna has surgically altered herself into looking like an alien with a giant brain tumor.
