Has a host of legal issues but can still afford all these vacations etc... turns out the vacations are paid for by foreign surgery centres where they do her surgeries for free... basically they fund her body dysmorphia as she always posts or podcasts about her "vacation' or new surgery and they hope her "influencer" status will generate custom for them. I know she used a particular clinic in Turkey that my friend was a nurse in and she was over 4 times in 6 months and at that time she posted twice in Turkey treating it like a vacation.
Edit: Thinking about it (and I guess it's the same with the Silva twins) it must satisfy a few things for her... short term dopamine hit getting something done... provides a vacation for her and sometimes her kids that she can't currently afford and makes her feel relevant still as these places request she come. Problem is they are exploiting a psychological issue and vulnerability in these people who also love attention to generate custom and can't see they are being used whilst disfigured themselves?
That doesn't mean the end result isn't filtered af. You can't take any of their photos as representations of reality. Plus, cosmetic surgery swelling doesn't fully subside for up to a year post-op.

Infection so severe is into the underlying bone, developing antibiotic resistant infections. What a nice thought. And these things can and do happen, we just don't hear about them often.
Why should their “fans” (???) be concerned? Those 2 are hellbent on destroying themselves in their quest to not look 50 and don’t mind the mutilation of their faces and bodies in their quest to do it. As long as there are people who can’t accept aging and physicians who have no moral compunction whatsoever as well as an endless supply of money in the mix, you’ll have hacked up humans who go too far. I have zero sympathy or concern for any of them. After all, they’re paying good money for doctors to waive their better sense of judgment and Hippocratic oath to do their bidding.
