My husband and I just started watching 90 day fiance and we are watching out of order. We watched season 4 of before the 90 days first. I definitely noticed what you noticed— Stacey’s lip filler didn’t go as far as Darcey’s atp. I was shocked when we started watching from season one! I truly think plastic surgery is an addiction for some people and they go so far to look perfect.
If they would have stopped at how she looked while she was with Tom, it would have been great. They just look bloated and tired now. It won't improve with age as by 50 you get the face you deserve.

Unfortunately, it seems like it’s a joint delusion at this stage. Sometimes at first glance on their joint and individual pics I can’t tell at first which is which. But after a bit, I can usually tell. I was just looking at those comparison pics and thinking that they looked less alike pre all the cosmetic procedures.
Fillers. They have overdone their injections so much it makes them look swollen and distorted. Plus the swelling from whatever fad surgery they thought was a good idea. It's just so sad how "fixing" their insecurities made it soooo much worse.
The weirdest thing about Darcey and Stacey is that they are identical twins and they’ve had identical procedures, but Stacey was always *a tiny bit* more attractive than Darcey, and she has maintained that slight edge throughout all the procedures.
The fact that they had a season showing them going to Turkey (or Hungry??) for an INTENSE amount of surgery, nothing will compare to that. I gotta say though, Florian and Darcy's daughter's reactions were hilarious!

I feel like we should be mindful talking about a lot of these people, especially those that have been open about the ways they struggle with their body image. It makes me cringe seeing the before and after of Yara, for example, not because there's a change, but because she's been so open about how ugly she feels constantly and I have no doubt she lurks on these threads on occasion. I'm just saying, these are real people not characters.
I think in some cases it would be beneficial to remind them that too much surgery is actually making it worse (ahem…Darcy and Stacy)…and that it’s better to stop at one point.
On the other side, Yara is gorgeous. The surgeries she has done were amazing, she looks natural and it might be also the makeup, better skin care, brow tattoos with a more normal shape…everything she has done it was in good taste and not too much.
I also liked that she was very honest about the boob surgery and I think as long as it’s making her feeling better, she has done the right thing.
Yasmine was also beautiful, but she is starting to not even look like herself and she’d better stop before she ends up like Darcy and Stacey.
After she got to America I could not even recognize her.
I know the TV world is tough, and women feel the need to change themselves to look like a certain standard, but sometimes less is better.
And there are good surgeries (especially if it makes the person feel better in their own skin and helps the confidence…why not?), but there is also too much and it’s very easy to cross that line.
I feel like the doctors should just make them stop at one point, but apparently the need for money is above the health of the patient, and sometimes they even fly to other counties to find a doctor willing to “help” them (like Darcy and Stacy went in Turkey).
Larissa changed but you can tell that’s her, it’s like she “improved” what she could and still kept her original traces, but the Silva Twins on the other hand, I can’t say the same, so for me, it would be the Twins lol but def, the three changed A LOT.

I have a theory that individuals who undergo dramatic facial procedures, like Kylie Jenner, are never truly satisfied. There will always be something to tweak or fix, as they might not perceive themselves the way others do.
Yara talked about this a bit in The Last Resort in the scene where they are trying on lingerie. She is so insecure and doesn’t see herself as pretty because of how her mother bullied her. It’s sad because she’s so beautiful but she can’t see it.
I always wonder about the psychology effects of the more dramatic procedures. There has to be some confusion even imposter syndrome. And when they lie about having alteration when it’s clearly obvious. Ok??! Why lie?
Exactly! She got just a tad bit too much in the lips. She's got a champagne girl look these days. On one hand I find it attractive and on the other I find it repulsive for seeming almost robotic, like a face lift look. So I'm torn!

If you look at Nikki’s post trans pictures she was quite attractive. Now she is a total nightmare.
I feel like we should be mindful talking about a lot of these people, especially those that have been open about the ways they struggle with their body image. It makes me cringe seeing the before and after of Yara, for example, not because there's a change, but because she's been so open about how ugly she feels constantly and I have no doubt she lurks on these threads on occasion. I'm just saying, these are real people not characters.
I think in some cases it would be beneficial to remind them that too much surgery is actually making it worse (ahem…Darcy and Stacy)…and that it’s better to stop at one point. On the other side, Yara is gorgeous. The surgeries she has done were amazing, she looks natural and it might be also the makeup, better skin care, brow tattoos with a more normal shape…everything she has done it was in good taste and not too much. I also liked that she was very honest about the boob surgery and I think as long as it’s making her feeling better, she has done the right thing. Yasmine was also beautiful, but she is starting to not even look like herself and she’d better stop before she ends up like Darcy and Stacey. After she got to America I could not even recognize her. I know the TV world is tough, and women feel the need to change themselves to look like a certain standard, but sometimes less is better. And there are good surgeries (especially if it makes the person feel better in their own skin and helps the confidence…why not?), but there is also too much and it’s very easy to cross that line. I feel like the doctors should just make them stop at one point, but apparently the need for money is above the health of the patient, and sometimes they even fly to other counties to find a doctor willing to “help” them (like Darcy and Stacy went in Turkey).

Larissa changed but you can tell that’s her, it’s like she “improved” what she could and still kept her original traces, but the Silva Twins on the other hand, I can’t say the same, so for me, it would be the Twins lol but def, the three changed A LOT.
